Built on a narrow lot and located in a historic neighborhood near the capital, this home was an excellent opportunity to bring a historic site into the present while keeping its integrity.  The existing home was demolished and the new design required using the exiting footprint of the original home.  A beautiful narrow lot design, blending historic and contemporary features that breathe new life into an old site.
