We designed this home renovation to meet the needs of a growing family. Expanding the garage west, we aimed at gaining a bigger footprint to allow an open floor plan concept for entertaining and gathering. This was a great opportunity to work with the city of Missoula obtaining zoning variances to make the design work well with the existing site conditions.
